We offer one-year land leases with water and electric hookups for tiny homes on wheels across more than 15 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains. At over 3,000 feet elevation, residents enjoy a private pond, walking trails, fire pit gatherings, a berry patch, pavilion, upcoming dog park, and community center — all designed to support simple, connected mountain living.

Amenities
At Mountain Haven Tiny House Village, we cover essential amenities for our full-time residents, including trash & recycling, common area maintenance, water, and sewage. Residents enjoy high-speed internet while living peacefully in the beautiful mountains of Virginia.
Tiny house Lots
Our lots are available year-to-year and range from $575–$625 per month, depending on lot size. Homes must be built by an accredited builder and/or carry ANSI 119.5 or RVIA certification, ensuring a safe, high-quality community for everyone.
