Our community began in 2024 with the idea of creating an affordable, low-impact place to live surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian Mountains. Sitting on 15 peaceful acres with a spring-fed lake, walking trails, and open fields perfect for picnics and relaxing, Mountain Haven offers a quiet escape in nature.
Located just 10 minutes from the charming mountain town of Floyd, Virginia, our community is close to incredible hiking, mountain biking, music, and outdoor adventures. With plans for a community center and dog park, Mountain Haven continues to grow while keeping the spirit of simple living at its core.
