Want to embrace the tiny house movement and live large in a small space? Our one-year land lease agreements provide you with a spot for your tiny house, complete with water and electricity connections, tucked away in the serene Blue Ridge Mountains. You’ll enjoy a host of amenities like our community center, pavilion, firepit among others, ensuring a delightful experience at Mountain Haven!
Availability is usually at a premium, with spots filling up quickly. However, we allocate the leases on a first-come, first-served basis as they become available.
Utilities
At Mountain Haven, we provide a range of services for our permanent residents, covering Garbage & Recycling collection, upkeep of shared spaces, as well as Water and Sewage utilities and internet!
The members of our community, however, are accountable for their own electricity usage.
Tiny House Lots
Our spaces are leased on an annual basis, with rates generally about $550 per month, varying by the size of the lot. Resident homes need to be constructed by Tiny House Listings and comply with our insurance standards.
Amentities
Residents can look forward to enjoying mild summers, with access to extensive hiking and biking trails nearby. Our community amenities include a center and pavilion featuring dining facilities, an outdoor section equipped with a grill, laundry services, a flatscreen TV, among other conveniences. Additionally, there is a communal garden and a shared fire pit for everyone to enjoy.
