1. Choosing Your Tiny Home

Eligible Tiny Homes:

All tiny homes in our community must be built by Tiny House Listings, based in Wilmington, North Carolina. These homes are designed to meet the specific needs of tiny living while maximizing comfort and efficiency.

Options for Acquisition:

Build Custom: Tiny House Listings offers the option to customize and build your tiny house according to your personal preferences and needs.

Pre-built Homes: Alternatively, you can select and purchase a home directly from Tiny House Listings’ existing inventory.

2. Transporting Your Tiny Home

Delivery and Setup:

Once you have chosen or built your tiny home, Tiny House Listings will handle the transportation to Mountain Haven Tiny House Village.
Upon arrival, the home will be professionally set up on its designated lot. This setup includes the construction of necessary external structures, such as stairs or a deck, to ensure easy access and a comfortable living space.

3. Lease and Living Costs

Financial Commitments:

Lease Agreement: All residents are required to sign a one-year lease agreement. .
Monthly Lot Fee: The cost for leasing the lot is $550 per month.
Electricity: A flat rate of $75 per month will be charged for electricity usage.
Background check: To ensure the safety of all residents, we require a background check that checks credit history, criminal history and rental history.
